By using algorithum.in or engaging Algorithum Tech, you agree to the following terms.

Services and quotes

We provide web design, development, maintenance and app development services. The scope, timeline and price of each project are agreed in a written quote or proposal before work begins.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, access and feedback in a timely manner, and confirm that you own or have the right to use all material you supply.

Payments

Payment milestones are set out in each quote. Work may be paused if payments are overdue.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and third-party components, which remain subject to their own licences.

Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party plugins, hosting and APIs. We are not responsible for changes or outages outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Algorithum Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
